Mimail.co.uk offers small businesses a connection to an online mail server that gives them everything a corporate MS Exchange server offers. You will be able to purchase as many mailboxes as you need, and be able to share information between them. Companies have their own address list so they can mail their users immediately without sending outside of the server, they will be able to set their own permissions and access each others calendars, contacts, assign tasks, and even access each others emails all for a fixed cost per month. In order to use this service, users must be using Outlook 2003. With each mailbox license, you will get a free copy of Outlook. When the customer has connected to the mailbox it will look exactly as if you are connected to an in house Exchange server.
The status will show Online (see bottom right side of Outlook), but you will be connected to the online Exchange server over HTTPS, the secure version of HTTP, used for all internet access from a web browser.

You will be able to select all users from your company in a dedicated address list. This example below is hosted on an Exchange server with hundreds of users, but you can see only the users in the logged on users company.

You will be able to send mail to, and receive mail from any of these users and the mail will stay in house. The logged on user will be able to setup their own contacts list and store customer details in there. They can then select them from the address lists.
