Allware Systems is proud to be a Microsoft Partner, giving us access to invaluable Microsoft engineers for any support issues we are unable to solve in house. There will never be a situation with our customers where we cannot fix a problem with any Microsoft product.
Allware Systems have joined the Microsoft Hosting Programme and have setup a Service Provider License Agreement with them. That enables us to license Microsoft products on a monthly basis, and provide services and hosted applications to our customers. With the SPLA we get competitive pricing on the most current version of most Microsoft products for a simple monthly price based on the number of customers we are licensing. In short this allows us to offer our Exchange Mail Hosting programme at very competitive prices.

Security is at the forefront of many companies minds. We could install any firewall, but have had complete success with the Fortinet range of UTM devices. These will give you AntiVirus, intrusion detection protection, AntiSpam, as well as the latest packet level inspection firewall and unlimited VPN tunnels. To date we haven’t had a single virus enter a customer site where we have had these firewalls installed.
Allware have in place a security device called a FortiAnalyzer which will receive all our customers firewall logs and produce reports of their network activity in the form of easily understood tables and/or graphs. Also, customers can log into the device with their own credentials and look at their network activity whenever they like. Finally, we can use the analyzer to perform Security integrity tests to make certain their firewall and network is secure.
With this ability, everyone can be absolutely certain they are not being compromised, and can ensure their users are complying with the company IT policy.
Phone or email us for more information on these affordable devices, or have a look at http://www.fortinet.com.

After offering broadband from many different suppliers for the past 5 years, we have decided to focus our supply to that of Zen Broadband. Allware Systems are now a Zen partner, meaning we can offer their services, and more importantly we have access to Zen’s ‘partner portal’ for managing orders, migrations and billing. Naturally, technical support is considerably quicker should we need it as we have priority access to the Zen engineers. We are in the process of migrating all of our existing customer base to Zen, and as the UK’s No.1 supplier of broadband we are hoping for a long successful relationship with them.

For several years we have been building a strong buying position with Dell, and demand very competitive discount levels for most of the hardware we buy from them. Although Dell do not recognize the reseller channel at the moment, they have a dedicated accounts team to look after this side of their rapidly growing business. We have direct access to an account manager for customizing all our quotes, and making absolutely certain the hardware we order is fit for purpose.
We will always pass on this discount to our customers. Although we don’t insist on it, we would then hope to be asked to install and configure their new system. In all cases in the past, this has resulted in a long term relationship with our new customer.
