Our support is a little different to other companies’ offerings. We will support everything on your network. Third party applications we will support where we can, but generally we’ve found the best approach is to work with the software supplier or developers to make sure integration with your systems is seamless.

Hardware support is easy if you have Dell hardware as we can call on engineers to repair your systems and warranty that repair. Older hardware is limited to the warranty offered on that system, but we will still try and effect a repair before writing it off.

All support contracts rely on a secure VPN tunnel to the customer site, which allows us to remote control all systems for quick and effective maintenance.

For the Microsoft knowledge base, look at http://www.microsoft.com/technet this is a great resource for most Microsoft problems that just don’t make sense
